We drove to this restaurant for a takeaway order. Be aware that Google Maps may lead you slightly off course, but it’s close by. We ordered a vegetarian and chicken pizza, seafood pasta, a salad, and a bread basket. The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning, and the staff was very polite. As for the food—everything was delicious! The pizzas, in particular, were superb. Highly recommend.

Me and my family had a very pleasant experience. The food was 10/10 it was out of this world. This is our fourth time back and we will definitely be back again!!! SO GOOD! sveta was our waiter and she is the best, she was very kind and polite and gave us an excellent service. Thank you for the service!!

Great place to relax and have coffee (although the coffee is mediocre). Live music on the weekends, but they take 1 hour and 40 minutes to setup and play at will. Food is OK as well.

This place is an instagrammer's dream, and I was resistant coz most beautiful and cozy places don't do well on food. HOWEVER, Craftsmen's is superb. The food was very delicious and well prepared, and the staff...attentive and very knowledgeable. I came for an early dinner, left to check out other restaurants and decided to have my sanity and came back for drinks. The staff was patiently expanding the wines and the cheeses to me, and it made a big difference in my over-all dining experience. A place worthy of a drive.

This is a very cozy and warm place, perfect for the weather! The staff is amazing, the service is great, and the food is delicious.

Too overrated, overpriced. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the room services are horrible. We had to call and request every single time to provide hygiene items; the serving staff was very unprofessional and rude. The bed they added was broken and the third guest had to sleep on the floor( The TV is not working at all, no places for entertainment. The breakfast was mediocre, no variety to choose from. Definitely would not recommend, it’s a pity this hotel has been rated a 5-star.

The bed head rest its black grease dirt from heads rubbing it for ages. Was so filthy that the question apeared about all the other cleanesness and services. Also they had rotten grapes on the breakfast

- Rooms are very old . No thing in the rooms is new , in our room one window was broken and closed by plaster tape . - breakfast the worst ever i seen in a five star not even in four star hotel . - staff not even smiling . -To go the our room from the main lobby we need to take elevators and stairs then cross the road the take another stairs then another stairs endless stairs it os almost hiking people with spine or legs problem will be suffering to reach their rooms . - location and view was the only good thing in this stay .

The rooms were a bit dated and the tv didn’t work but the breakfast was amazing, The location perfect for skiing, and the sauna and pool were phenomenal

Best food and service experience so far. The chicken kebabs were amazing. The eclaires were out of this world. Everything was recommended by Harut. Ask for Harut and let him recommend. He knows his stuff and is a genuinely amazing person. Thank you Harut for this experience !

Khinkali is always consistent and delicious here. Khash was surprisingly really bad I don’t recommend it. Service was ok but management is great and they try to make the place better.

Stopped by for a coffee and dessert, was a bit disappointed that there weren't a lot of options for dessert, but there is a big dinner menu. Service was good.

Super service. Learned that we had a birthday, and made a surprise with thematic music. Well, what concerns to bdays, they know how to make your day ✨✨

No dish was impressive. The tasteless bean soup, the chicken soup with half a centimeter of fat on the surface, and the crispy chicken salad consist of finely chopped parsley, cherry tomatoes, and chicken (none of it particularly tasty). The lamb hashlama is essentially a skillet with vegetables and a few (not the best) pieces of lamb. Sure, it’s an author’s interpretation, but people who want to order a first course should be warned when they’re essentially getting a second course. You already know the prices for all of this. On the bright side – the tea was good.

Great atmosphere , outstanding service and good food. Really enjoyed everything, however we expected way more form lamb on charcoal, other stuff was incredible tasty.

Yasaman is one of the best restaurants in Tsaghkadzor. The atmosphere and the interior are great, the staff is attentive and friendly. There’s also a kids’ playroom available. However, there is one drawback. The prices don’t match the food quality. The BBQ(xorovac) is overpriced and definitely needs an upgrade.

Food: Food was delicious, really enjoyed the eggplant rolls. On the Lamb I would say it was a bit chewy and skin was too hard to be edible. Not the flavor and taste was without a doubt worth it. Service: Our Hostess Anush was super welcoming and friendly, helped us with our order and ensured everything was to our liking. Atmosphere: No complains, was super cozy and welcoming.

We ordered the BBQ plate, and it was very disappointing. The meat was cold and tasted old, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Definitely not fresh or enjoyable. Would not recommend. Paid about 60k amd for 3 person dinner.

The place looks awesome. Food is okay. The staff who rook care of us, Armeni, is very friendly and accommodating and she explains to us whatever from menu that we don't undersatnd.

We went there in September which is a low season here, so the price was lower than usual (anyway it's super affordable like in Yerevan). Inside the restaurant was nicely decorated with a lot of nostalgic objects. The waitresses were very attentive, and the meal quality was superb! Honestly I'd go back here again if I ever come back to the beautiful Tsaghkadzor!

Terrible service. Waiters with don’t care attitude, mostly due to 10% tip already included in the bill so they have no reason to make any additional effort. Try the “Yasaman Tsaghkadzor”. Been there couple times, service always consistent and food is absolutely delicious. But this place is a terrible experience.

Very good restaurandt in the center of Yerevan. It’s interior is designed with the old movie scenes, pictures and stuffs. They have nice services and and staff.

This restaurant was recommended to us and I am so glad we went. The service was great and fast, communication easy and the food absolutely delicious! We had local dishes: cabbage dolma, manti, khinkali. For the less adventurous, there are plenty of grills and main dishes to choose from. Great decor, pleasant athmosphere are just the cherry on the top!

Easy communication great service great food. Wouldn’t ask for more when it comes to Caucasian food we really enjoyed everything we had unfortunately I did not take any pictures or videos of the food, but it was a great experience and it’s highly recommended
