(Translated by Google) We had lunch there yesterday and it was great! You can have lunch there from 12 p.m. and come a little before to choose your table. The view is really nice! We had accras, a grilled fish (cat, but there was another choice), and a plate of seafood (the chapel). I also had a homemade carom juice. Everything was super good and plentiful!! The only point of improvement I would say is the vinaigrette on the salad: there was too much of it and I found that it lacked a little taste, garlic or lemon perhaps. Next time I will ask for the vinaigrette on the side so I can dose it myself.

Best restaurant ever in Guadeloupe! The food is not only fresh and healthy but also flavorful. I particularly enjoyed my fish if the day, which was a standout. Prices are quite reasonable for the exceptional quality offered. The children's menu, as seen in the last picture, is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing their consideration for young diners. The service is incredibly kind and friendly, making each visit memorable. The ambiance is great with a view on the sea, adding to the overall dining experience. I cherish my visits here and look forward to coming back every time. It’s not just the food but the kindness of the owner that makes this place special to me.

L’Anthonis offers a vibrant dining experience with a Caribbean flair that’s hard to miss. The colorful walls adorned with local art set the tone for a relaxed meal, made even better by its stunning ocean views. During my visit, I opted for the “Flash” menu, which included a fresh salad, accras (crispy fish fritters), the fish of the day (tuna, I believe), rice, and a baked potato-cheese dish that seems to be a Guadeloupean staple. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, striking a nice balance between authenticity and presentation. Service, however, leaned towards a more “island time” pace—relaxed, perhaps too much for those in a hurry. That said, the laid-back atmosphere complemented the overall aesthetic, making it a place where lingering over a meal feels natural. If you’re seeking a spot that combines scenic views with a taste of local cuisine, L’Anthonis delivers. Just bring a little patience for the service, and you’ll enjoy a delightful experience.

This is a gem on the North East tip. It is just a lovely restaurant. Great food, nice people, fantastic location with a view of the sea. Try their crab cakes and anything fish - you can't go wrong. Annaisse was a great guide to the local cuisine. Came here with my kids and we all had one of our best meals in all of Guadeloupe. Tres bon.

We found this restaurant being open around 4pm, when most places were closed. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was terrible. Our first experience of ouassous was just bland. Our first experience of chatrou consisted of tiny pieces of octopus in an overly salty stew. So glad we tried better chatrou in other restaurants after, instead of only remembering this one. The service was not that friendly, and wasn’t fast even though we were the only clients. The restaurant still had Merry Christmas decorations, despite being at the end of February. Also expensive. Our worst restaurant experience in Guadeloupe.

We had the worst food on the island, despite all the positive reviews. They either had a bad day or the people giving postive rewies are cazy... do not try the pulpo!
Cosmin S — Google review
Many other restaurants were already full for lunch, so we found this one a bit further from the center of town. Initial welcome by the owner was pleasant as he enticed us with different menu options posted outside. Once seated, the service was OK but a bit lackluster. Food was tasty (accras, fish, chicken) but nothing special. Atmosphere was relaxed and there appeared to be some regular clients who seemed to know the owner well, which can be a good sign. Overall, though, I think there are better options in Anse-Bertrand but you just need to reserve or arrive earlier for a bigger choice.

Food tasteless what was edible that is. Duck served actually frozen.sent back to kitchen came back the same! Refused to pay and left without eating. Other dishes orders were confused.ordered court bouillon got fried fish instead. Rice was cold and fish unedible. Not recommendable at all.

(Translated by Google) While passing through Anse Bertrand, we found this typical Gwada restaurant by chance. Jeannot’s welcome is warm. The dishes are excellent and the planter is killer... The service is perfect as well as the kindness of the waitresses and the chef. Don’t hesitate to stop there.
