I stayed four nights in the queen suite. The room is very spacious with a separate bedroom, a small kitchenette, and a luxurious bathroom. The hot water and shower pressure worked very well. The whole design felt luxurious. The room is not brand new so there is wear and tear on the walls within reason. The staff was very welcoming. The pool area is well designed with a portion being a glass bottom. The gym is quaint but offers all the amenities in a cold environment. They do not offer breakfast but they do offer a shuttle to other areas. George Town in general is very spread with no one central area so I felt the location was great for a quick grab ride to different areas of the town. Thanks to Sultaar the housekeeper for doing such a great job. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.
We had a wonderful three nights stay at The Granite Luxury Hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and offered a stunning view that we truly enjoyed throughout our stay. The hotel’s central location made it very convenient to travel to major attractions, and being near The Top and nearby shopping malls was a big plus. The staff were all well-mannered, professional, and very friendly, which made our experience even more pleasant. The hotel lobby is beautifully designed and gives off a warm, welcoming vibe the moment you step in. The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off area. It’s quite narrow, making it a bit tricky for cars to turn in, and the lack of proper shelter can be inconvenient during bad weather. Other than that, everything else was great. Would definitely consider staying here again!
Nice location within walking distance to Komtar and the entire heritage areas. Hotel is well appointed with spacious rooms at an affordable price point. Shower has great pressure and amenities are adequate. Good air conditioning too. Lifts may become packed during peak hours as there are only two serving the many rooms. Lobby is narrow and may be cumbersome for cars to turn in. Car park is automated multi-level (some people may not fancy this but to each their own). Otherwise, comfortable bed, spacious room, great location.
